We are aware that there has been some traffic congestion around this area in recent weeks that have caused concern. Jim Brown (project manager) and Chris Diggle (site manager) from developers The Hill Group are keen to reassure everyone that they will take every step to , in attendance on site five days a week. Jim is the project manager, and on site once or twice a week.

Deliveries and offsite works are being done first - mains, auxiliaries, entrance – and site traffic will be routed off Oak Hill Road as soon as possible. Any unloading will be done on site and the hedges have been, and will continue to be, maintained.

The schedule of works is to start at the front of the site and they go to the back and work round. They anticipate finishing summer 2027. A new substation is to come, and they will be replacing the transformer adjacent to Tysea Hill.

There will be security cameras on site, and the working hours will be 7.30am until 4.30pm. They will have an office on the site with contact details displayed so anyone can make contact if necessary.
